TRSO Expands Into AI and Digital Payments, SolanAI Sets 2026 Internal Operating Targets
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRANSUITE.ORG INC. (OTCQB: TRSO) (“TRSO” or the “Company”) is advancing commercialization of AI and digital-payment applications across payment transactions, enterprise technology services and intelligent terminals to unlock long-term earning potential. SolanAI Global Limited, the Company’s controlled subsidiary, executes the digital-payment strategy. Its AI and IoT initiatives include cloud operations, data management and enterprise applications to enhance service capabilities and delivery efficiency.
On September 2, 2026, TRSO signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a 51% equity interest in Zhongke Haichuang (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd. (“ZKHC”). The Company plans to complete the acquisition by the end of 2026. As a core independent software and comprehensive value-added service provider for Douyin Pay, ZKHC maintains proprietary technology and a national service team, offering AI‑SaaS platforms, merchant management, intelligent marketing, aggregated collection and cross-border payment solutions. SolanAI will carry out phased technology integration and rollout.
Expanding paid customers on shared platforms may dilute fixed R&D and operating costs, while AI automation reduces routine service expenses. Subject to successful closing of the acquisition, ZKHC plans to open direct operation centers in more than 20 provinces and cities in China, gradually build several thousand franchise marketing teams and target coverage of millions of merchants. ZKHC has set non-binding 2026 internal targets for SolanAI of approximately $60 million in revenue and $10 million in net profit. These internal planning targets are not earnings guidance, financial guarantees or audited projections, and the Company cannot guarantee they will be achieved.
For the six months ending June 30, 2026, SolanAI generated no revenue and reported a segment loss of $257,497. Meeting these targets requires large-scale expansion; first-half results do not guarantee success. If products launch smoothly, merchants expand steadily and payment activity normalizes, the business may generate new earnings for TRSO.
TRANSUITE.ORG INC. is a Nevada technology holding company listed under ticker TRSO. Near-term focus includes Electric two-wheeler charging infrastructure; longer-term priorities cover AI, digital payments and Web3.
Forward-Looking Statements: Commercialization and operating targets are forward-looking, subject to financing, execution, customer adoption, cost and regulatory risks detailed in the Company’s SEC filings. Actual results may differ materially. The Company does not reaffirm prior targets and assumes no obligation to update these statements.
